- if you decide to contact us, we may obtain your email address and additional personal information.
- if you decide to purchase a subscription, all payment information will be collected by the app store where you make the purchase, whether it's the Apple App Store or Google Play. Stored according to your chosen platform. Chuzl will not collect payment-related data.

We and our third-party service providers may automatically extract, use, store the following information about you or your device in the following ways:
    - when launching the Ruble VPN app, we and our third-party service providers may accumulate information about the device, such as your unique mobile identifier, operating system used, on which platform, type and version of your web browser, network information, and other technologies on the device you use to access the website or services.
    - when you connect to Ruble VPN, we record your IP address and only store it for the specified VPN session. Once you disconnect from the session, your IP address is immediately deleted and not logged. We do not create any connections between your IP address and your online activity, and we do not store or log your IP address or any information about your online activity.
    - we may correlate aggregate and non-identifying information about the use of our service or website. No specific website visits or explicit usage patterns are tied to any individual user. We do not log user actions on the internet and do not link domains, website addresses, or applications that you use together with you.
    - when you make a payment or transaction, we may accumulate payment data and information about the corresponding products and services you purchased or received from us.
    - we may also receive, use your data to create and exchange aggregated data sets that do not identify you. As an example of the type of data we refer to, we may combine your usage data with others to calculate the percentage of users using a particular feature, to create usage statistics for our products or services.
