This Software License and Service Agreement ("Agreement") for Ruble VPN, the website ruble-vpn.cc, and all other online resources and websites owned and operated by Chuzl ("service") is a legal contract between the person accepting and agreeing to this Agreement ("you") and Ruble VPN. In this Agreement, "Ruble VPN" refers to Chuzl.
You should carefully read each section of the following document and ensure that you understand the consequences before continuing to use the service. By initiating the installation of the software, you effectively confirm that you agree to the terms outlined in the remaining portions of this document.
If, after reviewing the following terms, you do not wish to fully or partially agree to them, you must refrain from installing the software. In such a case, you are obligated to remove any copies of the software from any device on which you may have previously installed it.
By accepting these terms, you agree that:
- Your use of the service is governed by a temporary license granted to you for the duration of use. You are not the owner of the service, and your usage is subject to restrictions detailed here.
- Fees or charges may be applied for your use of the service by third parties facilitating your connection to services, your use of data while using the service, or other charges imposed by an internet service provider, cellular data provider, or another party. You accept overall responsibility for such expenses.
- Ruble VPN may collect, process, and store personal data about you in accordance with the limitations outlined in the Privacy Policy.
- We provide you with Ruble VPN Software on an "as-is" basis with no warranties, and Ruble VPN's liability to you is limited;
- Your use of the service is not guaranteed, and Ruble VPN is not responsible for the performance of the service;
- Any dispute between you and Ruble VPN will be resolved through mandatory arbitration, and neither party will resort to class action or jury trial.
1. Service
The service is provided by creating a secure virtual private network ("VPN") using a proxy server's IP address ("proxy server IP address").

3. Changes to the Agreement
We may, as necessary, update, modify, or otherwise amend this document and reserve the right to do so. For changes that have a substantial impact on your rights and/or obligations under this agreement, we will notify you 30 days before their implementation, using the contact information you provided or through service-transmitted messages such as notifications or pop-ups. However, you should periodically review this agreement in case of any changes. If you disagree with any changes in these terms, you must cease using the service. If you decide to discontinue the use of the service, you will be entitled to full or partial reimbursement, as explained further in this document.
4. Actions on the Internet
4.1 You are solely responsible for your actions on the Internet and the
consequences of posting or publishing content. By posting and publishing content, you confirm
and warrant that: (A) you are the creator and owner or have the necessary licenses, rights,
consents, and permissions to use and authorize Ruble VPN and service users to use and distribute
your content as necessary to fulfill the licenses granted by you in this Section 4 and in
accordance with Ruble VPN and this Agreement; and (B) your actions, as provided herein, will
not: (i) violate or unlawfully appropriate any rights of third parties, including any
copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, intellectual property rights, right to privacy,
right to public use, or any other intellectual property or property right; or (ii) defame any
third party.
4.2 We are not obligated to edit or control user actions, their content that
they post or publish, and in no way will be responsible for it. However, Ruble VPN may at any
time and without prior notice check, delete, edit, or block any user actions that, in our
opinion, violate this Agreement. Ruble VPN does not permit actions that violate copyright when
using the service.
5. License
5.1 License Format. The service, including Ruble VPN software, is licensed,
not sold, to you. In accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement, Ruble VPN grants you
a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license for the duration of this
Agreement to install and use one (1) copy of the provided version of Ruble VPN software in
object code format, for accessing the service only for internal and personal purposes. VPN
Software is considered "used" on a Device for the purposes of this paragraph when it is loaded
into temporary memory (e.g., RAM) or installed in permanent memory (e.g., on a hard drive,
compact disk, or other storage device).
5.2 License Restrictions. You may not (and may not allow a third party to)
lease, license, sell, transfer, assign, lend, or otherwise convey Ruble VPN software, any of
your rights or obligations under this Agreement. You do not have the right (and may not permit a
third party to): (a) conduct reverse engineering, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to
reconstruct, identify, or discover any source code, underlying ideas, basic methods, or
algorithms of the Ruble VPN software user interface by any means, except to the extent such
restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law; (b) remove or destroy any copyright
notices or other proprietary markings; (c) attempt to bypass any usage restrictions; (d) modify
or adapt Ruble VPN software, combine Ruble VPN software with another; (e) use, copy, or
distribute Ruble VPN software without the written permission of Ruble VPN, except that you may
make one (1) copy of Ruble VPN software for archival or backup purposes.
5.3 Other Restrictions. You may not (and may not allow third parties to)
copy, reproduce, capture, store, rebroadcast, distribute, or record on compact discs (or in any
other format) any copyright-protected content you access or receive through the use of Ruble VPN
software or service. You assume all risks and responsibility for such prohibited use of
copyright-protected content.
5.4 Regular Payments for Paid Services. When you purchase a subscription to
the service, Ruble VPN will automatically renew it at the end of the initial term and at the end
of each subsequent term. The renewal term will be for the same period of time as the initial
term. This period of time is known as the subscription period. Upon the conclusion of each
subscription, you will be automatically invoiced for the Ruble VPN paid service to extend
access. Service fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Agreement. You agree
to pay the subscription you choose and authorize us to automatically charge using the payment
method specified by our service provider for your regular payments. If we do not receive
payment, your subscription will be canceled. If you provide us with a new payment method, funds
will be successfully withdrawn within 30 days. After the renewal date, the term of your new
subscription to paid services will be based on the initial renewal date, not the date of
successful funds withdrawal. You are responsible for canceling your subscription regardless of
whether you receive any notice from Ruble VPN about the renewal of this subscription. In the
event that your payment mechanism expires before the renewal date of your subscription, you are
responsible for updating a new payment mechanism in your account before the renewal date of your
subscription to a paid service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruble VPN makes no
representations and warranties regarding the continuation or availability of any specific form
of payment method available for use with the service. Multiple methods for canceling the
automatic renewal of a subscription to Ruble VPN paid services are available to you and are
described on the website https://support.apple.com/en-us. Once you have canceled automatic
renewal, regular payments for the subscription to Ruble VPN paid services will no longer be
collected, and your subscription will remain active only until the end of the term for which you
have fully paid. You authorize us to collect the current fee for the subscription to paid
services and any applicable taxes at that time using any payment method we have for you. Ruble
VPN currently uses third-party e-commerce payment systems. Our third-party e-commerce payment
processor accepts payments using methods detailed on the respective payment screen, which may
include various credit cards. By using such third-party payment systems, you agree to their
terms of use. Such third parties may charge a fee for processing payments. We may, but are not
obligated to, pay certain fees at our discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruble
VPN disclaims any liability regarding any fees or issues you may have with third-party payment
systems.
6. Terms of Use
6.1 Accessibility. You may use Ruble VPN Software exclusively to access the
service using a computer or other device with internet access ("Device"). You are solely
responsible for ensuring that your Device is adequate and compatible for using the service. The
speed and quality of the service may vary, and the service may be unavailable, including in
emergencies, failures of third-party services, data transmission, equipment, or network issues,
and other limitations.
6.2 Denial of Access. Ruble VPN reserves the right to change or terminate
the service at any time without prior notice. If you are a user of the Paid Service, you may be
entitled to a refund as described in Section 9 below. Ruble VPN may deny access to the service
without prior notice if you violate this Agreement. You may terminate the use of the service as
described in Section 9 below. You must not allow third parties to access the service from your
Device.
6.3 VPN Profiles. As part of the Ruble VPN service, Ruble VPN may install
its own VPN profile on your device. Ruble VPN reserves the right to install and/or update such
profiles on your device in the future in connection with providing the service at any time
without prior notice.
7. Restrictions
BY USING Ruble VPN SOFTWARE OR SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO:
7.1 Not use Ruble VPN Software for any fraudulent purposes to harm or create
a risk to our business, reputation, employees, subscribers, entities, or any individual;
7.2 Rent, lease, loan, sell, resell, license, distribute, or otherwise
transfer Ruble VPN Software or any Materials (as defined in Section 10 below) is prohibited;
7.3 Not remove copyright or other proprietary rights from Ruble VPN
Software;
7.4 Not use Ruble VPN Software for any unlawful purposes or in violation of
any local, state, or international law;
7.5 Not use Ruble VPN Software for commercial purposes. Ruble VPN Software
is intended for personal non-commercial use only;
7.6 Not use Ruble VPN Software if you do not meet the requirements;
7.7 Delete, bypass, disable, or otherwise impact the security features of
Ruble VPN Software that impose restrictions on the use of the service;
7.8 Intentionally interfere with the operation of the service or cause harm
to it in any way, including uploading or distributing viruses, adware, spyware, or other
malicious code.
8. Termination
8.1 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing the use of
all parts of the service and providing written confirmation to Ruble VPN that all copies of
Ruble VPN Software have been removed from any of your devices.
9. Warranties
The following provisions of Section 9 apply to the maximum extent permitted by law:
9.1 Limited Warranty. Ruble VPN and Chuzl disclaim all warranties
established by law, explicit or implied, including, among other things, implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 "As Is," "As Available." You expressly agree that you use Ruble VPN
services and software at your own risk. Ruble VPN Software and any data, information,
third-party software, services, or applications of Ruble VPN available in connection with or
through the service are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties.
Ruble VPN does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You
understand and agree that you use the services at your discretion.
10. Damage
The following provisions of section 10 apply to the maximum extent permitted by law:
10.1 Limitation of Liability. Under no circumstances will Ruble VPN be
liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages
(including, among other things, damages arising out of any unsuccessful court proceedings or
legal disputes, loss of business, loss of profit, or any other material, non-material losses, or
damages of any kind) arising from this agreement, related to it, or arising from your use or
inability to use Ruble VPN software, as well as any other interactions with Ruble VPN, even if
Ruble VPN or its authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 Basis of the Deal. You acknowledge and agree that Ruble VPN offers
Software and enters into this agreement, relying on the disclaimer of warranties and limitations
of liability set forth in this document. The warranty disclaimer and limitations of liability
set forth in this document reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and
Ruble VPN, and the disclaimer of warranties and limitations of liability set forth in this
document constitute a fundamental basis of the deal between you and Ruble VPN.
11. Other
11.1 Notice. Ruble VPN may send you notifications, including changes to
this Agreement, by posting a notice through the service. The notice will be deemed delivered
twenty-four hours after publication.
11.2 Waiver. Ruble VPN's failure to enforce or ensure the performance of
any right or provision of this Agreement is not a waiver of such right or provision. Any
waiver of any provision of this Agreement will only be effective if it is in writing and
signed by Ruble VPN.
11.3 Applicable Law. This Agreement will be governed and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of Russia, without giving effect to any conflict of laws
principles, except for payment disputes filed by a customer residing in the European Union
or Switzerland, which will be considered under Swiss law.
11.4 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be
unlawful, invalid, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be limited or
excluded from this Agreement to the minimum extent necessary and will not affect the
validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11.5 Assignment. This Agreement and any rights and licenses granted
under this Agreement cannot be transferred to you. Any attempted assignment in violation of
this Agreement is considered void.
11.6 Headings. Headings in this document are provided for convenience
only. They are not part of the terms of this Agreement and will not be considered as
limiting or affecting any provisions of this Agreement.
11.7 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement
between you and Ruble VPN regarding the subject matter of this document and will not be
amended except in writing, signed by both parties.
11.8 Claims Period. You and Ruble VPN agree that any cause of action
arising out of or related to the service or Ruble VPN Software must commence within one (1)
year after the cause of action arises. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently
barred.
